Mt. Bachelor has some of the best powder in the Pacific Northwest, boasts short lift lines and almost 3,700 acres of winter fun. It sits in the Cascade Mountains within a short drive from Bend Oregon. It is known for its dry snow and some of the best skiing and snow boarding in the West. It has 71 runs and 13 lifts.
Mt. Bachelor has the largest ski area in the Pacific Northwest. It features spectacular views of the Cascade mountain range including Three Sisters and Broken top as well as a view of Bend and Central Oregon. It has an elevation of 9,065 feet above sea level and features downhill skiing from around the middle of November until early summer. Some years in the past have had skiing into July.

A lot of the foundation of family life is the customs and traditions that occur within the home. Taken from one generation to another, there are special ways to celebrate and live as a family group. Many of these traditions revolve around uniquely prepared food. Most of us have several special recipes as well as cherished memories of the smells of cooking and preparing food with our families. Added to this, is when we sit down together, sharing these once a year meals.

Much of the business force in the United States is self-employed. Despite this fact, lenders have a bear of a time coming up with ways to handle such people.
Home loan lenders like things in a nice, orderly box. They don’t like variations. They want certain numbers to appear on their applications. They then want to take these numbers and run them through their nice computer program, which then kicks out a “yes” or “no” answer on whether the loan should be made. Self-employed borrowers do not fit within this nice, neat box scenario.

More and more people are turning away from traditional employment and moving toward establishing a career from their homes. The advent of the Internet and other forms of technology, such as fax machines, have made it possible for entrepreneurs to run entire businesses out of their homes without ever hiring a single employee.
Working from home presents challenges, though. It takes a lot of dedication and willpower to ensure you complete the work you need to do on a daily basis. And, if you’re starting your own business from home, it also takes a lot of hard work to get things up and running–let alone profitable. Furthermore, home-based businesses do run a fairly high risk of failure unless the person has the right attitude and great work ethic.

A recent survey revealed that approximately 30 percent of homeowners intend to sell their home without a real estate agent. The biggest barrier to selling a home by owner is often the fear of legal contract documents, real estate contracts can be a scary issue for most home buyers and sellers. One of the keys to selling is to have all the necessary information about the buying process including financing available to prospective buyers.
