If you’ve known about the Law of Attraction for any amount of time, you’ve probably heard people say that you need to let go of your desires in order to see them manifest.
Others say that you should visualize them every single day until they manifest.
My own opinion on the matter is that “letting go” is one of the most important stages in the manifestation process. If you can’t let go of the attachment to the desire itself, you won’t ever be able to see it manifest for you.

Have you thought lately about just how amazing you are? How incredible life is, and the miracles all around you, large and small… It’s easy to lose sight of that, isn’t it? You get caught up in the dramas and minutiae of daily life and that feeling of specialness, of uniqueness, somehow diminishes and fades.

Manifestation only occurs when you’ve got yourself into alignment with what it is that you want. This basically means that you’re either in solid expectation of your desire, or you’ve spent time getting into alignment by visualizing or just feeling good.
If you’ve not been able to manifest what it is that you want, then I can assure you that it is not because the Law of Attraction has stopped working, or because its someone else’s fault. The fault relies with you and your ability to get into alignment.

Every form of Yoga develops your holistic health to be the best it can be. Yoga helps you to develop better health habits. Many people ignore the cumulative effect of habits. This is a shame, because mildly destructive habits can be “headed off at the pass.”
