Both sole proprietors and partnerships can convert to a limited liability company. Until recently some states did not allow one-member LLCs. This is no longer the case. One-member LLCs are allowed in every state.

LLCs are set up by filing articles of organization with your Secretary of State and paying a fee. Fees vary from state to state. They could be as low as $50 or over $500.

Anytime you break even on an offering, you can’t afford to charge less. But where you do make a profit, reducing your profit per unit may be useful to increasing your overall profits. What are the situations you should look at for?
First, you need to think about situations in which having customers buy more of your products and services would cost you very little. In doing this evaluation, be sure to consider what your actual costs would be rather than just what your standard costs tell you they would be on average.

Are there are too many misleading things being said about the time and money needed to start an Internet Business? Get real and manage your expectations before you become disheartened and feel overwhelmed.
I read in an article today that you could start an Internet business with little to no money, have it up and running within a matter of hours, and start producing profits immediately. Fantastic. Amazing. Wow. Count me in.
But then there was a little bit on the end that said - ‘if you know what you’re doing.’
