Why Do I Have A Headache?

If you have ever suffered from any type of headache then you know how painful they can be. They occur in different areas of your head, neck and shoulders and can wreck your day. Sometimes they can last for weeks or even months. Some of us get headaches and nothing we take or do seems to help. Some of us will try a hot or cold pack that will sometimes help. They usually come on suddenly and some headaches will even make you sensitive to light and sound.
