Good Value Racing

How much do you usually pay to enter a race? If it is a 5 km around the park fun run, my bet is that it costs you a whole lot less than if it is a fully blown marathon or longer. But that is all kind of reasonable when you consider what is involved.

Triathlon Swimming - 5 Keys To Improve Your Triathlon Swim Stroke

Swimming is the hardest of the three triathlon disciplines to master for most of the triathletes I coach. Probably the biggest reason is that swimming is the most “technique dependent” of the disciplines.

If you just jump in a pool and start flailing around you not only won’t improve, but you may actually “groove” a bad stroke and make it even harder to train yourself correct form. Regular swim stroke analysis is critical if you are going to groove a good, consistent freestyle stroke.

Microsoft Access Training Opens Doors

Recognising a need for training

As time becomes an increasingly precious commodity, individuals and businesses alike must strive to optimise their efficiency. Being able to effectively organise and retrieve our personal or business-related data is vital. To this end, Microsoft Access was introduced in 1992. Now in its eighth version, this popular relational database management system (RDBMS) essentially allows you, the user, to create and process data in a database. It is therefore possible to identify previously hidden relationships between different types of data and draw important conclusions. Recognising trends can lead to changes in practice and ultimately increased productivity. However, without Microsoft Access training you may be unable to truly experience all that this software has to offer.

Your dog doesn’t care what it is…as long as it is “people” food, they are happy.

extreme it can damage your business. Here are a few examples of
how it can cost:
