Article Marketing Success - When Should You Stop Writing?

When you are just starting out in article marketing, it takes some time before you’ll see constant results. However, it is not without its own problem though. You should be aware of this so you don’t make the same mistake.
Article marketing is a great way to build a list because of its responsiveness. Persistent is the key to get pass the first challenge, i.e. waiting to see results from your articles. It may take some time but eventually it will come sooner or later. I call it reaching the first critical mass.
Practically after this level, you will be unable to stop the flow of traffic unless you shut down your site. This certainly brings a lot of relief, but it doesn’t mean you can stop now.
People tend to set goal and declare victory after they reach their goal. Although a bit of celebration and reward every now and then is good to encourage yourself, sometimes people stop the entire effort thinking that is the end of the journey. It sounds dumb but it is human nature.
Getting comfortable with the results is one of the fatal mistakes you could make as an article marketer. When you reach a goal, by all means take the time to pat your own back about your accomplishments, but don’t stop yet.
To reach another level of critical mass — there are always higher level — you need to keep doing what you are doing. Do more of them and you will see your business grow leaps and bounds.
Perhaps the challenge is you don’t have time to handle all the business activities, for that you may want to consider outsourcing or start hiring others to write articles, ship products or other tasks so you have more time to do what you enjoy to do.
So when you should stop writing? If you want to keep in the business, you should always write to get your message out and keep in touch with your customers or clients. After a while, you can use other marketing strategies to complement article marketing and the results can bring a snowball effect to your business.
